WE ARE HIRING!

Work on real plants.
Across the world.

Netta engineers commission, program, and support control systems on operating power plants, marine vessels, and complex industrial processes.

What you will actually do

Our engineers work on the full control system lifecycle — from design and programming in our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas, to commissioning and start-up support on-site. Projects span boiler control, steam turbines (ST), gas turbines (GT), balance of plant (BOP), district heating (DH), electrical systems, marine vessel systems, and other complex industrial processes.

Control system design &
programming

Develop control logic, I/O design,
and specifications for new and
retrofitted systems using leading
DCS and PLC platforms, from concept
through implementation.

On-site commissioning

Pre-commissioning, loop testing
and functional testing through to
handover – on-site across Europe,
the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
Assignments typically last one
to several weeks.

APC and optimisation

PID tuning, alarm rationalisation,
plant performance calculations
to ASME PTC standards, and
advanced control methods
design and implementation.
Work directly with plant data and
process engineers to deliver
measurable results.

Ongoing support &
maintenance

Remote and on-site support for
operating plants, including
troubleshooting, software updates,
performance monitoring, documentation,
and control system upgrades.

Engineers who want to work on the real thing

We hire based on technical aptitude and a willingness to learn on complex, live projects. Prior DCS/PLC programming and process knowledge is valued — but we also bring in strong candidates and train them on the platforms we work with. Students are welcome for internships and apprenticeships.

I&C / Control Systems Engineer

Design, program, and commission control systems on industrial plants and marine vessels — from loop upgrades to full DCS/PLC retrofits. Engage across the full lifecycle, from specification through commissioning and handover.

DCS/PLC programming experience
Emerson Ovation, DeltaV, Valmet DNA, Siemens PCS 7, or TIA Portal experience
Power plant, marine, or industrial process background
Experience in I&C commissioning or field service
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 30%)

Graduate / Junior Engineer & Internships

We train graduates and students with the right technical foundation in the platforms, methods, and plant environments we work in. Internships and apprenticeships are available for motivated students in their final years of study.

Degree (or in progress) in electrical, automation, or process engineering
Strong fundamentals in control theory, thermodynamics, and electrical systems
Curious, methodical, and detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 30%)
